Meet Jamie
Hello! As a native Nevadan, I feel most grounded under big open skies. I love skiing in the Sierras, practicing yoga, spending time with my dogs, and enjoying really good tacos. Nature reminds me that growth can be both wild and beautiful — a theme that deeply shapes my work as a therapist.
I’m also an anxious milennial which means I don’t sit across from my clients pretending to have life perfectly figured out. I understand what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, self-doubt, and the pressure to “have it all together.” That lived understanding allows me to show up authentically and compassionately. I feel truly honored to walk alongside my clients as they learn to feel more at ease in their own minds and lives. We are all in this journey together.
My practice, Honey & Wildflower Wellness, was inspired by the idea that you can be both resilient and untamed, steady and growing. Like the Tom Petty lyric, “You belong among the wildflowers,” I believe each person deserves to find a space where they feel rooted, worthy, and free to become who they are.
I specialize in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), as well as working with anxiety and depression. My approach is collaborative and empowering — I view you as the expert on your own experience. Together, we identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and build practical, evidence-based tools to help you move forward with courage and confidence.
Therapy with me is real, supportive, and grounded in both evidence based practices and a human-centered approach. Whether we’re facing intrusive thoughts, navigating mood challenges, or building resilience, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, capable, and genuinely supported.
You don’t have to do this alone — and you absolutely belong here.
